We aim to process orders as quickly as possible through our warehouse. If any changes are necessary after order placement, please inform us via e-mail to before placing a new order

We currently accept payment through:

Payments are processed securely through a payment gateway – Midtrans.  This means that your customer details and card details are handled by them and securely processed within all government required legislation.

All local (Indonesian) orders would be processed in IDR.

International orders would be processed in USD. Prices are converted from IDR based on exchange rates and rounding rules, and include conversion fees.

For deliveries outside of  Indonesia, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes or administration fees. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. Denali cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the abovementioned charges.

Shipping & Delivery


  • All orders within these days will be processed during the same day if your invoice has been paid and confirmed before 12 PM.


  • All orders within these days will be processed on Monday , or the next working day

Tracking ID will be sent within 24 hours of shipping. You may contact us for further updates

Shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.

To track your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to the e-mail address you provided.

At any point, if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact to request a “Status Check” in order to locate your package

Returns & Exchanges

Please accept our apologies. We take this very seriously so please contact us at within 3 working days after your order is received

Please ensure that products returned are in their original Denali packaging that were included during purchase .

Products found to be incorrect or defective will be exchanged or repaired free of charge (including shipping*)

We understand if you change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your Denali purchase, please consult our customer service team within 3 days from the day your order is received. 

Clearance items are regarded as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange

All items must be returned in original condition with the original Denali accompanying packaging. 

However, we do not reimburse the cost incurred when you return the product 

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend you to check and choose product with the right size and color. If you are not sure with the sizing, color or image shown, please contact us to consult before making your order.

If any changes are necessary after order placement, please inform us via e-mail to before placing a new order.

Any exchange for products caused can only be made after you we receive your information mailed to us within 3 (three) working days after you received the product.

Exchanged products will be shipped once the returned item is received by us. 

Our Materials

We make our bags out of the finest and a variety of canvas and leather .

Waxed Canvas and Water Repellent Canvas : is easy to clean, and that washing or dry cleaning is unnecessary and will damage the unique finish. DO NOT use detergent – ONLY use water and a toothbrush to brush it off under running water, hang dry. Use a lint roller to remove lint particles and animal hair.

Denim : Due to its nature, denim may crock (the transfer of color and bleeding) . For stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and dab on the spotted area, let dry. Do not rub or brush off dirt under running water

Leather : cleaning and conditioning leather will inevitably darken the color over time. For stain removal, use a damp cloth and rub it against the spotted area, leaving it under the sun for a short time or use a hot blower to dry it out. 

Suede : due to its textured nature and open pores, suede may crock (the transfer of color and bleeding), become dirty and can quickly absorb liquids. Use a soft suede brush for a lighter gentler cleaning. 

Tarpaulin : for stain removal, use a damp cloth with light dish soap and rub it on the spotted area, let dry.

Leather is the most durable and resilient material, while nylon is our lightest weight and easiest to clean. You can refer to our Care Instructions page to get a detailed breakdown of each material and how to care for your products over time.

Warranty & Repairs

Our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
