This lets us make our customers a promise – we will take care of any repair work your Denali bag might need for as long as you have it
Our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
We highly recommend not to over stuff your Denali bag or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more items in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials

However if a bag has been subject to very heavy use and is showing signs of natural wear and tear it may not be subject to a free repair / replace service. We will review all items carefully and give a fair assessment of the case. Even if there has been an issue caused by misuse vs a manufacturing defect we can offer a paid repair service at reasonable cost.

Any items which undergoes repair does not include costs associated with sending it to our workshop and back to you post repair. However , these charges can be discussed in person to work on the most cost effective solution possible.
